Poor Toby, he looks as lonely as a drop in the ocean!
So, a very big project for DO-IT YOURSELF but some people do have the time a resources to undertake something like this.
Or of course you learn the method yourself and then engage local help.

This is how it looked before...and this is what XXXXXXXXXX water level on.
Why? Because you have to decide XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX level and if you have an existing Patio, like this, then almost certainly that is what you base your XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on.
After all, you will want to stand and/or sit beside it!
So in this example we have based the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Always remember when working out levels, make sure you make extra allowances to hide the mortar that XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX .
